Management of Graduate Development programmes


In addition to running bespoke finance programmes, Anthony James has been responsible for the training element of the graduate development programmes of two FTSE 250 companies.

The service provides a total, integrated solution to all education based elements of the graduates' development, including sourcing tutors, finding venues, total budget management with single invoice for client, responsibility and pastoral care for graduates on every programme, wherever located, and preparation at the end of the 2 years of a presentation by graduates to senior management on an appropriate topic.


The approach has been to try to expose the graduates to three key elements: excellence in tuition for an explanation of the key theories, presentations by in-house experts to demonstrate how the theory is put into practice within the companies, and factory or warehouse/facility visits to increase awareness amongst the graduates both about what different businesses do and what different disciplines or job roles do.
Programmes are run at client locations throughout the world.
